" How can thin and brittle glass last over 200 years when a building made of strong solid stone might not even last half that."
Having raised three children, two of them boy's, this has always amazed me also. These three could raze a city over night if not kept in check. Thin brittle glass would shatter just by entering the front door
The only stamps I have are one each Washington, Jefferson, Ike, Roosevlelt, that I have found and tapeed in the respective coin albums.

All I have is a belt with buffalo nickels on it, but who doesn't have one of these

I have to agree with mmarotta, what difference does it make? BTW does leaving a silver coin in a suit pocket coause toning?

JACKPOT
I received an uncirculated Leif Ericson Commemorative $1 coin, still in the mint package with COA, a 1920 Pilgrim Half Commemoerative, a 1833 Liberian Token, a 1636-1936Rhode Island Tercentenary Medal, and a 1972 Malta 10 cent coin with a neat ship. All of these are beautiful, and from our friend Blackhawk. Thank you Bill!
A Canadian Large Cent Album, from jackson/Dain. Thank you Dain, now I know which of these coins to look for.
A handful of gaming, transportation, and other misc. tokens from Keith at exonumist.com. I will go over there to thank him.

Nice Bobby, did you get the off-center cent from a retailer, or private seller?
-
No the guy has zero feedback and I do not risk that
Can't blame you for that.

Both are nice. Are you bidding on these?

Almost all of them from folks on this forum, with 90% of them from Blackhawk, and Ed. Where are they anyway, not much for sale lately

An envelope of Large Cents - haven't looked at them yet.
The latest issue of Numismatist.
Time magazine
National Geographic
Several offers that would make me rich beyond my wildest dreams and others to insure myself and thereby make others rich beyond my wildest dreams.
Some bills. (Not notes for my collection - cable, doctor,...)
Hey, we must have the same mailperson. Except for the envelope of large cents, the Numismatist, the Time magazine, and the National Geographic we got the same mail
-
I'll see that $10 bid and bump that puppy to $15.00
Ummm, let's see, two kids from the Ukrain!!! That's got to cost at least $16, so I will go $17
