Is there a way to spot that this coin was manufactured for novelty? There is a dual obverse (just learned this term) Indian head mule penny that was authentic: https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/668779/this-is-one-expensive-mule-next-bid-160k

Hello Coin People! This is my first post, so apologies if I am putting this in the wrong forum. I also did a quick search, but couldn't find a clear answer to my issue. I have an Indian Head penny. But, unlike other pennies I have seen this penny has the Indian head on both sides of the coin and each side has a different year. One side shows the penny marked as 1887 with the Indian Head. The other side also has an Indian Head marked as 1904. Any advice or information about this coin? Is this unusual? I'll try and get some better quality photos shortly.
