  1. It is similar to the back of a victorian sovereign I think
  2. Thanks constanius. You are very helpful. I have spoken with my grandad and he seems to think it is a playing piece of some sort, no idea what for though.
  3. I've modified the post to include a photograph, my apologies if its not a coin. I should post on the correct section!
  4. This Is my second post on here, everyone is so helpful. I found this in a box of grandads as I did with the previous post. Sorry for the photo quality I cant hold my mobile phone still enough, it says Britain A.D MDCCCLX??????. If anyone could help me identify it it would much appreciated Its about 2cm in diameter and blank on the other side. Thanks.

  7. Thanks Constanius, very helpful indeed. You wouldn't happen to have any idea of rarity or value would you?
  8. YeOldeCollector thankyou kindly! I think its exactly the same as the one in the link. I should be able to research it from here.
  9. Hi there, I am new to this forum. I found this coin/token thing in a box of my granddads and he seems to remember finding it in the ground somewhere. Sorry for the bad photo quality but I believe Queen Victoria is in the centre surrounded by princes of some sort, I can sort of read prince Louis, and in the centre it says Empress of india. Its about 1.5-2cm in diameter, very small. Any Help or information would be greatly appreciated Thanks
