  8. This is a nice looking note, i will have to do some digging around it would make a nice addition to my collection.
  9. A couple of linen POW notes as well
  10. I have aquired some slightly different notes over the last few weeks. Firstly is this wonderful piece it is two uncut notes sewn to be one note. A German Africa note not overly rare but interesting all the same My first velvet note A rather striking note This is damaged however I probobly could not have justified $700 for one in UNC so this for around $70 seems good.
  11. 5000F Is great I love the pipe What would i expect to pay for one of these?
  12. Rarer notes are, Mainly in non paper. However I have a couple of paper notes that value about $300 they were nice pickups in a bulk lot of notes cost me 84 cents each
  13. There are a lot of countries that love the factory look for their notes. I quite like it as well especially when they notes are from the early 1900's. Here is a North Korean Factory.
  14. I cant think of anything more depressing than being done That's why I chose German Notgeld as my main focus its just not going to happen but ill try only 157,000 or so notes to go
  15. Dave that is an impressive note. Another to add to my wish list.
  16. De Orc, You can pick up common silk or linen notgeld in UNC for 15USD or so (Sometimes less i got some as cheap as $5USD but its not common) you need to keep an eye out though or you will pay twice or even more.
  17. Just made 2 new purchases. They are a little different to what others seem to be collecting so I thought i would put them up. I will get better images when the notes actually arrive. Germany Notgeld made from silk Bielifeld 250 Million Mark, 1922 or 23 i think its 23 but the seller thinks 22 i will update when i find my catalog. I think i got this rather cheap at $130 USD Linen note 10 Marks from Breslau 1923? once again ill have to check I think i might have paid a bit much for this one at $84 USD
