Hey I got this bill today from a guy for 2 bucks and i think i got ripped off (I care more about the fact than for 2 freaking dollars xD). Anyways, here are some pics As you can see, the framework of the picture isn't perfect with the paper on either of the sides. Also, I have no idea of this, but it doesn't have any kind of texture or watermark.. but again, I have no idea if it is supposed to have it. The last thing is that it's "brand new", meaning it's been out of circulation. If you need any more details just say so. Thanks!!
