  1. Hello again . King Charles The Second of England also reigned from 1660 to 1685 . He almost coincides in his reign with his Spanish counterpart King Charles The Second . Good Luck
  2. Greetings . This is probably an Iranian coin representing emperor Reza Shah Bahlawi who reigned from 1925 to 1941 . You need to send us the weight and the reverse . hope it is genuine . 7 Calbrey
  3. Hello . King Charles The Second of Spain reigned from 1665 till 1700 . It is very important and absolutely necessary that you weigh this last Spanish coin ( Carolus ) . Then try to check whether it is made of silver or copper . Please report back the result to us . 7 Calbrey ( Member )

  6. Posted 01 May 2012 From : League Coiner ( Member ) I would like first to ask you about the approximate estimated value of this nice Tetradrachm. Then , I wish you could tell me please about the means of detecting the place or the city where an owl tetradrachm Tyre had been struck ( like Athens or Tyre or Alexandria .. ) . Thanks .
  7. Hello I have a similar coin dated 1893 . But I have no idea about its value . Could you please inform me . Regards from Chalby 7( member)
  8. All your five coins are interesting . Especially number 2 which drew my attention because I have a similar one of 2 Reales ( pistareen) dated 1718M ,KM = 307 but it weighs only 5 grams instead of 6.7 g. Could it possibly be considered as an unusual coin ?May be it could solve the mystery behind exchanging a piece of 8 Reales with 5 pistareens instead of four at that time in America. I mean the reason was to equal the value or the weight in silver. I could send you a scan if you like . Regards from Chalby ( member )
  9. Greetings Reading about Spain , I actually own a Spanish silver pistareen ( 2 Reales ) dated 1718 M - KM= 307 , but it weighs only 5 grams instead of 6.7 grams . Could you please help me guess whether this coin could be considered as an unusual coin or not ? Charles from Lebanon Source : chalhoubcharles@ yahoo.com
