I am not sure how to tell the difference between a 1989 Venezuela 2 Bolivares (MINTMARKS SC, W,and C) I know there has to be a way to distinguish these three coins from one another please please PLEASE HELP me someone.

I have a coin that I can not located anywhere on the internet or in my world coin book/ I am not sure if it is a misprint or if it a fake coin? I have no idea where to locate it after multiple attempts... It plainly says 1982 after looking through my magnifier and it is a Mexico 2 peso, but it designed just like the 1996 Nuevo Pesos. Can anyone please help me the location dash existance of this coin???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
