  1. 09S IHC, 09S VDB, 14D, $20 Gold Eagle, and a Shield nickel in EF or better. A few days ago I bought my first Morgan in XF, (but I think it could go for AU), and since then I have been obsessed with silver. At the coin shop I bought a 5oz bar of silver and a 1oz when silver was down at like 6.65. I have been checking the stocks everyday now, waiting to sell. After I sell, I'm going to wait til it goes down again to get the kilo that they have :ninja: . My friend had to go and outdo me, by buying a 10oz. Oh well.

  2. Hey everyone, I just got back from my trip back to the east coast. I was back visiting family. Anyways, I stayed a my Grandpa's house for a while and he gave me a bunch of wheaties, steel cents, some silver certificates, and a big dollar bill. I also found some P buffalo nickels in good shape, so I didn't make out too bad.

  3. Over the past few months I have saved all my change in a bucket and decided today to go through it. Probably 5lbs worth of pennies, nickels, and dimes (I use quarters to wash my cars).

    Talk about some nice finds!

1959 Penny - EF-AU, has a reddish tone to 50-60% of the coin.

1919 Wheat Penny - VG-F condition, oldest find to date.

4 (yes 4) 1943 Nickels - All at least VG.

    7 Silver Dimes

Next month I am going to dump out ~40lbs of change that my family has collected over 15 years. My dad has about 10lbs in his room and I have about 30lbs in my room. Maybe there will be some coins in there that some of you need.

I'm praying for the coin that could pay for my college education. If I find it there will be a lot of  ;) and :ninja: going on.

I wish I had that much change. Well, good luck, and have fun.

  4. Lol, while at work, my friend had to break open a roll of dimes, and when he did, he said like 10 pennies came out of it. He exchanged some of his money for some and he brought some of them home to show me. Someone had filed down the penny so that it was the size of a dime. I just laughed.

  5. Ok, so I was in Starbucks with my mom, and I look in the tip thing, and I see an Oregon quarter, in very nice condition, almost as if it had just been taken out of the roll. So, we get our drinks and go sit down. I tell my mom about the coin, and she gives me a quarter to go get it. I just couldn't do it for some reason, it just felt so weird. So I didn't do it, and my mom offered to do it for me, so I let her. This is sad, but I didn't even know that the Oregons had come out yet.

Yesterday, my friend saved me an old $20 bill in his register. So awesome. I love old money.
