aloy3313 Posted August 1, 2014 Report Share Posted August 1, 2014 Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with a coin we have. It's a Edward VII penny from 1902 with a marking on the kings neck. The marking looks like the top of a fleur-de-lis. The marking doesn't look like its been added later, its looks like it's part of the actual design but I haven't been able to find any other pictures, etc on the web. Thanks in advance. Many of these are the result of people testing out tools or implements, either out of boredom or with the aim of 'decorating' the coin. Sorry, the markings are on the front face of the coin which I thought I posted a picture of, I must have been having a senior moment.
