Mintage: up to 20 000 pcs Placed in circulation on October 14, 2005. Designer: S.V.Necrasova (Belarus). Minted by: Joint-Stock Company Polish State Mint, Warsaw (Poland). The coin is round. The edge of the coin is plain. The obverse: at the bottom – a relief effigy of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; in the center – at the background of a starry sky there is an image of a boy and a girl holding an opened book; beneath - year of issue; inscriptions along the rim: at the top - "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom - "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES). The reverse: at the top – ornamental composition, based on traditional Belarussian ornament with an inset of artificial transparent crystal of orange colour, in the left-hand part – an image of Belarussian landscape, a castle, a peasant house; in the right-hand part – an image of Symon playing the violin; at the bottom along the rim – inscription «СЫМОН-МУЗЫКА» (SYMON THE MUSICIAN).
