papadoc
i've got a blank penny here.. no nothing, just a copper disk, a little bit smaller than a regular penny (wont fit in a folder) - what kind of value does she have?
gxseries
Hum? Any photographs? Year? Extra details...? Hard to imagine the value just from that...
papadoc
it's BLANK and it has the rim
gxseries
oh oops, I read it as black . Sorry, I wasn't too careful. I guess you call it a planchet, but if it doesn't fit... or not exactly the same size of the penny, that, I don't know.
bobbycoin
Planchets are a bit smaller becasue they have not been struck. After being struck with the dies it spreads a bit. These will go on ebay for about $1-$5 shipped. -Bobby
16d
What you have is a Type 2 planchet. I've seen these in NGC plastic for up to $20; they're around for a few bucks also.

Abish
I've recieved blank planchets as bonus coins on error order of $100 or more from a few different sellers. They aren't really high-priced, but they are quite cool, and they always seem to impress non-collectors more than any of my other error pennies. Go figure. Where did you get yours from? papadoc
coin shop.. mixed in with a bunch of wheats. it is pretty cool.. shame it doesn't fit in a folder though.
Art
If it's a zinc planchet they're not worth very much. The Mint gives them away for free to Coin Clubs and such for their YN programs.
Rotten Rodney
Whether the Edge is roller or not has a lot to do with value. It also has a lot to do The Blank ( no rim ) has a bit of a higher value over the Planchet (Rimmed) if I remember right but it could be the other way around. 16d
W. Herndon has them (T-2) for $2.99 each, here's a pricier one, I'd guess about 70% of the $25. is for the plastic:
