Art1.2 Posted January 18, 2018 Report Share Posted January 18, 2018 Sorry, I can't see the pics. I would guess it is a Philadelphia Mint Coin. The proof issues in 1962 were struck at Philadelphia and carried no mint mark, as is true of the Philadelphia circulation strikes. 1962 Roosevelts proof coins carry only a small premium over an unc coin and the quantities where huge.
