constanius Posted July 9, 2014 Report Share Posted July 9, 2014 Welcome The original metal is showing through a thin layer of 'silver' it just appears to be a regular coin which has been silvered with a thin layer of silver wash, paint, solder etc. Wait for other opinions but IMHO it is just a curiosity.
