Probably this - if size and weight is comparable:

 

Egypt, Ottoman empire, Sultan Muhammad V (AH 1327-1332 / 1909-1914 AD.), Heaton mint (H, Birmingham, England), dated AH 1327 plus regnal year 2 = 1910 AD.,
10 Qirsh (33 mm / 13,73 g), 0.833 silver, 14,00 g mint weight, mintage 300.000 , medal alignment ↑↑ (0°), reeded edge,
Obv.: ۱۰ .... , Arabic value number 10 plus denomination and wreath below tughra (or signature of the sultan), rose to r., 7 stars above; mintmark H at the base.
Rev.: ٢ / ... / ١٣٢٧ , regnal year 2 above country name and year AH 1327, all in wreath, 3 stars above.
