Yeah, I noticed this too -- it adds the coin just fine, but this error pops up.

I had similar messages on a recent visit there but I logged out and deleted the cookies and such from my browser and logged back in and the problem went away.

yes it uploads the coin, and if you hit back it puts you at a fresh upload screen, therfore you can upload them even quicker.
