I havnt posted any coins in a while, so I figure its time.

I came across these in my desk drawer the other day, they are the first kopecks I owned, and thus have a special place in my heart

Nice. It's good that you keep them separated from your other coins and close at hand. I'm a nostalgia kind of person too.

yep, everything that got me started is kept in my desk. Most of my coins I am willing to sell or trade, but I have about 100 of them that was my first ones that even my kids cant get out of me :yes:

I have a lot of better quality ones now, just not the same attachmeent to them.

I've been sprucing up some old photos of my Large Cents. I'll get my act together and rephotograph them all soon. I need to go to the bank and find them first.
