ikaros Posted April 5, 2013 Report Share Posted April 5, 2013 The kana looks like it reads 'nyūrakkī' -- most likely a transliteration of 'new lucky' would be my guess since that particular kana is used for words borrowed from other languages--and assuming the ッ is actually a sokuon rather than a 'tsu'.
