halilaural
Brand new to the forum but I am a member of Colonial Coin Collectors Club. Actually found this coin in change. 1946 D over D wheatie. No mention of it in Red Book , Breens, PCGS, CoinFacts, or any other site. There is the '46 S over D, but Not a D over D. Tried to talk to someone at PCGS because I sent them an E-mail with pics 3 weeks ago. Couldn't get by the phone police, customer service, that really didn't know anything at all. Hmph! What a shocker! If anyone here can help would appreciate. If you expand some of the pics you can really highlight the D over D I see. It's NOT a "machine doubling error", (I like when they say that), it's definitely D over D.
