It is in Diakov - 801.2

Diakov's catalog does not really go into the subject of actual existence of medals in different medals, it only anticipates (assumes) existence, most of the time. White metal is not liked in Russia very much, so no mentioning of that at all, for any medals.

okay. Ebay is getting lamer all the time. I went to look for some stuff.... (ok, sometimes not coins) and they killed the "search descriptions" option. First they kill the wildcard search. now this.

I just dont get it. Are their programmers and servers getting overwhelmed, or is this some kind of tactic to increase ebays bottom line.

In my management model I have one rule I always follow: "If it works don't %@#$ with it!" eBay obviously managed by some high rollers that are trying to make eBay more user-friendly to a mysterious group of buyers (obviously) as for us it is getting worse and worse... I love eBay, but I hate these reality removed idiots that authorise these stupid changes that make using eBay for what I need a hell of a thing.

Gone for $565... Very suspiciously looking coin. He has other coins for sale, a little better looking, but too similar to some very good quality cast copies I remember someone was selling from Israel a few months ago... but they had them all well centered...

I just won this coin from that seller. In my opinion it looks real - or what do you think. I was just about to pay for it.

Take a look, thank you, Sigi

His finished items are here:

Most of them are replicas (in my opinion). Both sold 10 kopecks in copper are very similar (fields are both clear). Very similar to original dies. Sellers sometimes mix original and replica coins when they sell them for a better look in eBay listing. Similar condition of 10 kop. coins, in spite of difference of 10 years, make me suspicious, particular if you look at his other coins. I can not prove if it is a fake coin though... Anyone else? I can ask on Russian forum as well...

Hi Sigi, I opened a topic about authenticity of this coin on CFN ( http://coins.su/forum/index.php?showtopic=99541 ) if you are interested you can check it out for the answers, as I am about to go to bed... ;) I wonder what they will say... Cheers!
