C4l3B
I have tried to find out where these coins are from and their denomination, but I just can't find it. The second symbol on both coins are the number of the coins value in Chinese and the first symbol is identical, but the writing above the man's head varies between the coins. ccg
Taiwan, 1 and 5 dollar (NTD) coins. Both are still presently used - value is about 3 and 15 cents US, respectively. The wording above Chiang's head would provide the date, though it's too fuzzy to read from the pictures. Do you have a macro function on your camera? Edit: The 5 NTD piece appears to be 78th year of the republic (1989)
