pickman
Signature set is MacFarlane/Henry, a combination used from 2001-2006. For exactly when your note was printer, check the serial number. Since the 90's Australian notes have had the serial note format XX YY YYYYYY (X = Letter & Y = number). The first two numbers representing the year issued (e.g. 98, 02. 05, 08) Hope this helps and I'm not regurgitating information already known. MMMM
Huh, I did not know that, thanks Pickman. I wonder if there are other Serials that tell the date. Saor Alba
Huh, I did not know that, thanks Pickman. I wonder if there are other Serials that tell the date. I have heard that Euro notes somehow do, and where they were printed. But not quite sure how. Other countries like Denmark have the date - year as the prefix to the serial number. Dave M
Huh, I did not know that, thanks Pickman. I wonder if there are other Serials that tell the date. All the modern notes issued by West African States and Central African States use the first two digits of the SN as the year. Dave
