elverno
1793 Death of Louis XVI, France 19.5mm - Details Hennin - 484 Literally dozens of variants of this jeton exist. They were produced in the German states workshops of Lauer, Reich and others primarily for the French emigre population that swarmed the borders of eastern France. The style is quite common, specific variants can be rare. This one is seen quite often, though usually heavily worn.

constanius
The reverse on this appears to be the same as on yours Vern but the obverse portrait and the spacing between FR. & ET is quite different. Would you have a reference for this variant & rarity? Happy New Year too.
Art
Certainly not flaturing portraits. Interesting medals though.
