mudhut1000 Posted April 15, 2009 Report Share Posted April 15, 2009 Hi all! Here is a pic of my 1971-S Double die penny or cent and asking for your opinion as to grade and type number. I apologize for the poor quality picture, but I have no camera for close ups and this is the best my scanner will do.The doubling is much more defined than this scan. The specks of white are form the scanner. The reverse is flawless. Coin is uniformly toned darker than one right out of a roll or mint set. Looking forward to reading your replies.
