bill
Encased postage stamps are part of early American numismatic history. I recently purchased a lot of ANA badges that belonged to Paul Kagin. A few miscellaneous convention items were included in the lot. I found this 1951 coin convention souvenir especially interesting: Note the pre-postal abbreviation for the state of Washington, not to be confused with Wisconsin today!
