numismatistnick
I have been studying these coins for more than two years. But I think I bought a fakie hadrian denarius The planchet seems to be in two pieces but some of the obverse is struck on the reverse that is attached to the obverse that confuses me. The dealer guarantees all of her coins but I am very skeptical about this one please let me know your opinion. I will very much so appreciate it. Thank you for your time!! http://www.omnicoin.com/coin_view.aspx?id=951526 The upper left obverse seems to have a seem. Please let me know if you think I should return it. jlueke
It is a valid type RIC 261. And sometimes planchet flaws can look a bit odd. What is the weight?
numismatistnick
This coin weighs 2.7g which seemed right to me but the planchet flaws threw me off. Thank you very much for your information!!
