Scottishmoney
One I have owned for a very long time, I think it was my first slabbed coin(I own about 4 of them). It is curious that the die clash is not noted on the PCGS holder, as though it was overlooked.

gnome
First post since joining and I am still feeling my way around here, would just like to add that I have a similar piece with a nice die clash as well. I realise this is an old thread. Somewhere to start. Appologies, pics don't do the coin justice.
bill
I believe die clashes on nickel three cent pieces are rather common. Why, I don't known, but every one I have ever owned was froma clashed die. I wasn't looking for them so it was not as if I was seeking them out. bill
Thanks for the reply, Bill. Here in Australia, they are a bit of a treat. Agreed. I believe they are some of the clearest, most attractive clashed die coins readily available.
