  1. I'm getting a USB microscope tomorrow and get to the bottom of it but you thing is just to smooth for it to be dirty as other forums have suggested is although I don't know how long it takes for rust to build on the surface of a coin but keep in mind this is only a year old and although there does appear to be a little bit of rust the but really up close that look just like black metal but it's not IP but I had heard that if it's missing the clad or part of the Clad whatever it may come out that way, also a link to a video showing how the coins cones are made during the minting process like a good one the right to the point would be appreciated that way I don't have to say silly things like this dime is missing its top coat or is enamel... 2. This 82 Denver Mint penny is a Large Date variety but yet weighs 3.8 as opposed to the 3.1 and 2.5 that those pennys should weigh. The 82 small date auctioned for 18K, that one weighed in at 3.8. Has anyone come across any 3.8 Gram pennys of the 82 variety? I realize there's an acceptable weight deviation bit this is not A scale error as I weighed it multiple times along with my 3.1 Gram cents and always comes out the same...

  3. It is for sure large date but what I'm saying though is it does have some curvature to its almost makes it look like a small and the more I stare at the more it looks like the small one instead of the the large I was just wondering if anyone else thought it did have a little bit of curve to it you can have as obviously a large but not as obvious as some of the other ones I posted

  4.  although I finally figured out how to tell the difference between a large and a small day it took a whole day is it just me or does this one still kind of have a curve to it even though I know it's a large date, or is it just me staring at long enough hope it's a small date it will turn into one...
