Hello all, I am new to this message board, but have inherited a wonderful collection of coins. One has caught my eye, 1840 US Dime with No Drapery, but I am having trouble finding info on it other than there being a dime with drapery and one with no drapery. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!! -Matt

Hello everyone, I am new and fascinated by coin collection. I recently received my grandfather's coin collection and discovered he had an amazing amount of precious coins that are organized. It will take me some time to go through all of them, but I found one that has caught my eye. I can not seem to get much information on a 1840 USA Dime with no drapery. I found that there are two versions (drapery vs. no drapery), but can't find what I am looking for on the no drapery dime... I look forward to being a part of the coin community and look forward to discussing coins that I possess and yours. Any information will be greatly appreciated!!!! - Matt
