  1. For what it's worth Krause lists it as... KM#12 1-1/2 SCHILLING Silver Obv: Riga arms in inner circle Rev: Crossed keys divide date in inner circle Date (16)23 VG $35 F $85 VF $175 XF $350 They do not list a mintage for any of the Swedish Occupation coinage from Riga.
  2. Picked this up for a good price on VAuctions today. Not bad for over 2,000 years old. It's a tiny little 11mm coin. AE 11 Aeolis, Ealaea Helmeted Athena / Grain in Wreath 340-300 BC Obv: Helmeted head of Athena left Rx: Grain within wreath http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aeolis
  3. Here's a Civil War Treasury Warrant (civil) I picked up the other day from an antique dealer. It's not in the greatest shape, but not bad for $10 I don't think... My goal is to one day find a military version treasury warrant with my GG Grandfather's name on the pay to line. Probably never happen, but a guy can hope. So if anyone sees one made out to an Eberling, let me know
  4. Here is August's type set addition...
  5. $80 Perhaps just a tad high price wise (not sure), but I've found when I see something that catches my eye I'm willing to pay $5-$10 more than it probably should run.
  6. Snagged a half dime for my type set...
  7. Not UPS, USPS. I don't see them on the website, but I didn't look real long & the site's got a lot of stuff on it. EDIT: Here's a little bit about it http://www.usps.com/communications/news/pr...06/pr06_069.htm
  8. Great transaction! Thanks for the Paderborn notgeld.
  9. Just bought a new addition for my Type Set. What do ya think?
  10. It's not just US coins... 1957 10 Millieme ~ Egypt A lot of the US stuff on ebay is no doubt artificial, but also some may have to do with storage methods here & the fact that cleaned coins are much more accepted in Europe.
  11. I've purchased many coins from Zach. Great guy, very honest. I've always found this particular coin very interesting.
  12. Nice one. It's getting harder & more expensive to get coins in this condition.
