Look at the ANA label on it - a sign that it was exported out from Japan at one stage.

OK, the seller says he offers the beast on behalf of somebody else. But that seller's other auctions are much less thrilling http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZitemgallery ... And the address listed there seems to be that of a mobile home park. Hmmm.
