Seems like Hertiage Gallery is offering a bunch of Russian coins and some are at ridicious prices. Hopefully that will set the prices of high quality Russian coins slightly lower for the moment although most likely the prices will go up higher anyways.

There are plenty of highlights there, and one of this is a cheap Sestroretsk Ruble!!!

As well as, the 1841 Gold Marriage "medal/ruble" is an impressive piece.

Finally another Gangut ruble up on auction after two years!!!

There were two Gangut roubles auctioned in the last New York Sale -- one was a proof, I believe (or maybe a "one-sided", post-1917 proof). They show up fairly regularly, but not on eBay (except for the fakes, of course).
