Looked at The Coin though A 16x Lens Nothing

Whatever it Is It's Under The Number and Lettering

Maybe some die stress. . . .

Is it pitting? Perhaps if you posted a larger scan of it, we could give a better opinion.

I included the half dollar in some money that i sent to the philippines

Figured that it could be more useful to them then having it in my collection
