This time while looking at proof sets. Sorry about the picture but shooting thru the plastic I had to use a bad pic. which showed the ripples on the background.

One more question on the die flow proof. Would it be one to get graded? As in is it a recognized error and worth grading cost? I know its a subjective thing but best guess would be appreciated.
