Very nice, but the Glenn coin is only the 4th or (probably) the fifth finest known rather than the third. It is merely the third highest graded by PCGS. The finest is raw and and at least 2 other XF's--probably as nice--are also known.

The above is not to say that this coin is not a great chance to buy a great rarity. The 1802 half dime simply does not appear for sale very often and this example will (I think) easily hit the 6 figure mark.
