Just recieved in the mail this 1884 O NGC graded struck thru on obverse error Morgan.

that's pretty cool.... IDK if that is scrap metal or just a hunk of goop..i would need a a better picture
To me it looks looks like something "solid" such as paper, or cloth with the edges on it.
