Well i bought This Coin today And It looks odd to me

Could Someone tell Me what happened In These two pics?

Look at the red Arrows to See The Places in question

Hard to see the pics looks like it could be a cud from a die break, but the top one looks more like a drop of solder? Does it seem attached or part of it?

Those were my 2 first thoughts too. Cud or solder from being mounted in jewelry at one time. I lean toward solder because of the relative positions of the blobs and general look but honestly cannot tell for certain from the pics.
