Here is one of my favorites, not worth much, but I like it because I think the celator did an awesome job with the portrait and the dies were new. There is still some mint luster on it. Not bad for almost 1800 years.



This is a teen portrait of Geta Caesar (209 AD) who was murdered by his brother's soldiers (Caracalla) about three years after this coin was minted (212 AD).

Geta was trying to murder Caracalla anyhow so it's only fair. Very nice coin though!

As for my favourite coin well it's always one of those coins that i haven't got yet but could potentially get, (until i've bought it then i lose interest pretty quickly).
