A little step away from proofs sets.
One 1964 p and d mint set.

Well, I miss counted. I actually backed up on proof sets. I missed counting a 1988 proof set I'm going to have to pick up. But this morning at the coin store picked up a 1995 proof set and one duplicate, just because it was the right price. A sealed 1959 proof set.
So I'm still at 5 away from having one proof set from each year 1959-2006.

You've gotten some nice goodies. Mint sets seem to make a lot of sense to me as a collection item. It's a great way to get one of each coin for a given year.

I will be looking at more mint sets. Since I'm getting closer to my proof set goal. But today I picked up a 1956 proof set.

Are you keeping your sets intact or breaking them up?

Keeping them intact. I may end up splitting some duplicates. I.E. 1962 proof set, I've got three for the cameos in them. Hard to say right now.

I know I shouldn't of, but another 1957 sealed proof set. Just was too good of a deal. From my local coin dealer.

Picked up 3 Silver eagles, 1991, 1992, 2001. I'll drop them in omni later.

Both of these for mint mark filler. Just could not argue for the price paid.

Got my 2006 mint set and a 1987 Prestige proof set with the Constitution dollar. And a 1981 proof set. Not sure where the original 1981 set went to. All I could find was the box, so this was a replacement.

One 1954 proof set. Really junky picture. The coins don't have the "dots" or haze on them, but they are toned.

My local dealer is supposed to pick me up a 1955 proof during the week. I should be able to get it next friday. (My day off) With that one I'll be one away from having at least one proof set per year from 1954 to 2006.

1986 legacy proof set

Working on my Morgan mints a 1882 carson city gsa dollar. (Box and documentation also) BTW the coin is silver my picture is off color.

This is a duplicate year/mint but it has an almost full circle die crack on reverse and toning. And price was about ms60 range. 1883 Morgan Dollar.

Not my normal collecting area, but... On the road to the in-laws (In the area around Dime Box and Paige ) picked up a couple store tokens from the early 1900's
