Guranteed values? Sounds rather suspect...
Art
Isn't that what Max Mehl used to do with his coin publications? The values were guaranteed in that it was an amount he would pay to any seller for a given coin in a given condition.

Mark Stilson
A guaranteed price on ebay? Like Art said guaranteed what he would pay? A composite of aution houses? About the closet thing to a guaranteed right now is red book and that is because of circulation. PCGS, Coinvalues, etc all have slightly different data bases they draw off of. But you could say they are guaranteed to be right.

The guy has recently (last week) gone NARU on eBay for no apparent reason. I would guess that the book may be updated periodically (weekly, monthly) and the prices guaranteed would only be for a specific time period based on *when* you bought the book. I would also guess that a purchase of the book would be required to obtain the prices quoted. But, one never knows until you actually buy the book (which I won't) doh.gif
