The coins are round. The rim is raised on both sides of the coin. The edge of the coin is corrugated. Surface of the coins is oxidized.

The obverse:
within the circular geometric ornament - the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; in the center – a solar sign consisting of octagonal geometrical figure with elements of rhombic decor, symbolizing solar rays; beneath - year of issue, silver coin - fine silver alloy standard; inscriptions along the rim – at the top "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver coin and "АД3IН РУБЕЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) on the copper-nickel coin.

The reverse:
in the center against a background of a rural izba – the relief of Easter egg (with inset of synthetic crystal of lilac color on silver coin); in the left-hand and right-hand parts - relieves of Belarussian national ornament with elements of motifs of Easter; at the bottom –inscription along the rim «ВЯЛІКДЗЕНЬ» (VJALIKDZEN’).

Coins are of the "uncirculated" quality.
