A little delay but I was setting up another fish tank. While doing some research on fish I ran across this GREAT program for Windows XP:
http://www.aquariumadvice.com/viewtopic.php?t=69561Yes it really does work. Resized 20 pictures in ~30 seconds.
First up is the toned 1926 Lincoln. Not in great shape but the colors are really nice. Hard to photograph them but you get the idea. Whether it is NT or AT, I don't care. It was 35 cents.

Next is South Africa 1952 1/4 Penny:

1946 Cuban 5 Centavos:

1945-D Phillipines 20 Centavos (paid $1.50):

India 1951 1 Pice. I really liked the horse:

And finally 1954 Honduras 1 Centavo. It's about the size of a US half dime:

Made my first purchase in a while. Been kind of tied up with THREE new fish tanks. Planted tanks take up a ton of time considering I trim each one every other day.
Anyways, picked up an UNC 1944-S Lincoln today. Little carbon spot on the reverse, light toning. Would be considered RB, more toward red. Pics to come later (can't find a memory card).
Oh yeah. Got a Whitman Mercury Dime folder for my circulated set.

The 1915-S in VF was VERY tempting that was a new arrival. Had to pass because I only brought $10 with me. If it is still there next time I come home, it's mine.
Edit: Sorry for the sub-par pics today. Don't have a tripod on hand so I had to free-hand them. I have unsteady hands so.......at least the color is right!

Picked up some GB Penny/Half Penny coins this weekend. Went to a flea market to sell some items with my Grandpa and noticed 4-5 coin dealers. Mainly overpriced silver. SAE's were trading for $15+ each.
Anyways I found the GB coins sitting on the end of a table in a big box. Labeled 25 cents each or 5/$1.
1967 Half Penny - BU, Red-brown
1967 Penny - AU, Red-brown, rim nick (BOOOOO)
1967 Penny- AU/UNC, Red-brown
1945 Penny - Fine, chocolate brown
1940 Penny - VF/EF, chocolate brown.
I just love the reverse on both of these coins. Sorry. No pictures this week as dad needs his camera.

1975 Poland 2 Zloty - Nice unc, little red toning on obverse.
1992 Malaysia 10 Sen - Really nice unc.
1934 Great Britain Farthing - Probably AU or so. Dark toning with luster. I really like this one!
1951 Bolivia 1 Boliviano - Unc with lots of rose toning. Very pretty.
1970 Mexico 20 Centavo - Listed as Unc on the 2x2 but I think it's more of an AU or low MS. Great color, still nicely red.

Back from the coin shop. Purchased three more beauties.
Republic of Cyprus 1963 25 Mils - UNC
Great Britain 1861 Penny - I'd call it Good overall
France 1883 5 Centimes - Red/Brown but I suspect an old cleaning, color just looks "off" to me. I'd give it an overall of VF or there about. Rather nice for the price.

What do you think of ICG's grading? At auctions I see there stuff isn't as popular even if they're highly graded.
Living up to the nickname,

To me the older ICG grading is off. I've seen obvious AU Morgans in MS holders. Now the most recent grading, to me, is pretty spot on. I can see where they called it a 66 and agree with the grade. With their recent grading changes I'd put them equal to or above ANACS. ICG had their problems in the past but I believe they are trying to fix that. Heck, I'll take the discounted price

Really friendly people too. I met three or four of them at CSNS. While the people at the PCGS booth weren't worth the effort to chat with.

Received from Dad's Stuff:
1964 Kennedy UNC - Nice orange/tan toning around the rims
1954-S Franklin - I'd call it a F-15/VF-20 all day long. Nice original coin with good honest wear. Does have a small rim ding at 8 o'clock position, no biggie!

A great package from gxseries, my auction winnings.
1782 Ireland 1 Lib-something-of-another Fair/AG
1816 Great Britain Shilling (I need to get more of these!) AG/G
1826 Great Britain 1/2 Penny Fair
1910 British Guiana 4 Pence F+
1952 Australia Penny VF/EF
I really like the 1816 Shilling. In hand it looks much better than the pictures showed (great pictures but it must be in hand to appreciate the details).
Love them GX, THANKS!
Edit: The 1782 is my oldest coin to date with the 1816 being tied for 2nd oldest with my US Large Cent.

Had to run to the coin shop today. Needed more cent sized 2x2's (sent what I had off to someone). Was waiting on my sister to get there so I went through the 50% box. Surprised?
Coins are still in the 2x2's so don't worry about the dust and junk. Didn't have the sizes I needed at my parents to remove and then replace them.
1931 Great Britain Farthing

1977 Rhodesia One Cent - Love the reverse on this one. Has some nice pink color on the reverse, hard to photograph

1937 Great Britain Farthing

1908 Italy 20 Cent - Always loved this design.

1952 South Africa Farthing - Didn't bother to photograph. Obverse is messy but the reverse has nice pink/green colors.
1927 India 1/4 Anna - AWESOME coin here. Love the design and colors.

Went to my first coin show in months today. Spent a bit more than I wanted but I did get some nice coins.
1910 - Although the photo's don't show it the coin does have luster hiding. The reverse is quite nice. Might had overpaid slightly. Listed as MS63, I gave it high-end AU weak strike obverse.

1909 - This one was my first purchase of the day. Just couldn't pass it up due to the luster, color, and price. The spot on the reverse is blue/purple toning.

Silver Round - My dad came up yesterday and helped me replace my back brakes and rotors. Also went with me to get four new tires. So I got him a nice gift as a token of thanks. It was $0.50 over spot too (almost too nice to give away!).
