Okay, I'm going thru the new Whitman's red book. (59 edition, 2006 with the rings) Looking at the grades for Liberty seated dimes (1837-1891) Page 143 And its telling me to look for wear on the eagles breast. I'm so confused

I thought maybe they copied and pasted from the quarter or half dollar but it doesn't look like they did that either!
