I found this 1987 penny and it seems that on the reverse the the "ES", "o" and "RIB" are faded on the words "STATES", "oF", and "PLURIBUS." Is this an error, or am i overeacting? I would also like to mention that the penny seems slightly crowned.

I'm thinking filled dies or strike problem. I tend to see that often enoungh that I don't classify it as an error.
