St. Gallen 1874. No face value, but this coin was good for 5 Franken during the shooting festival.
It consists of the same material and has the same diameter and weight as the contemporary Federal 5 Franken issue.

That's a neat medal.

A nice medal with a mintage of only 15,000 which (as you rightly note) actually carried the value of 5 francs. That one is on my hit list. :-)
