You can sort the feedback forum by going to the bottom of the forum and sorting by Topic Title, either ascending (A-Z) or descending (Z-A), and clicking Go.

Since the titles of the threads in this forum are all the member's username, you can then make sure you are not creating a thread that already exists. It can also make finding the proper thread easier.
