So looking at it the sticker was there before durring AND after the printing and no one saw this bright red and yellow sticker?
I can see why they think it will collect $20,000 cuz that has to be WAY more then 1 in 1000 chance of this happening... more like 1 in.... oh how many notes does the Fed print each year? Mind blowing.

I wonder if the BEP worker who ate the banana that day is embarassed. 
I bet the PR Dept at Chiquita is fuming! 
Is it not possible for a BEP employee to "create" an error? Or let one slip through accidentally-on-purpose?
