A supposely proof coin with a mintage of just 35 000, a kid must have took this from his dad's collection and decided to ruin it... with plenty of knife cuts and fingerprints.
Nevertheless... either it was going to the metal refinery or way below silver price. I decided to buy it just for the sake of it.
The beautiful St. Sofia Cathedral in Kiev did not deserve this treatment.
