Portugal, simple and clean but the 4 in the denomination was the kicker

Tough one but the IHC won out. Maybe it there was a little more on the obv of the other.

Tough one here. Love IHC, but that is one of my favorite Portuguese coins with the funky 4 centavos denomination. Port by a hair

Lack of legend on that 4 centavo obverse put me right off, too simple too plain. So as a default it has to be IHC but that's not a design i rate much.
