I have these great notes that T_3 got for me. Can anyone fill me in on info about them. In particular the notes feel like they're made of plastic type material. Are they polymer?

I'd guess paper, no polymer.
THe ones I sent you are crisp UNC, once you start using them in a humid environment (as I did several times now) they loose that weird feeling very fast and behave like (toilet)paper....
It's amazing how fast these notes look totally crappy.... And the smell....
They're soo poor there, they don't even have the money to make proper money...
