Believe it or not, I have seen worse.
Me too...but that one is up there, especially on the obverse.. 
Does the coin have color?
i think it's pretty....nice and original.....not messed with

The rev doesn't look bad but that obv looks to be corroded or possibly have pvc contamination...
Are those areas in the hair green? Does the coin (or holder it was in) have a slight smell like a new shower curtain?

Yeppers!! there is blue/green in the hair. I don't get a shower curtain smell though. But that could be disquised sitting next to my ashtray.
